Properties will be sold at public auctions
on specified dates. If you are attending the auction in person, with the
intention of purchasing a property you will need to provide the following:
Prior Registration
- This can be on the day of auction or prior to the auction. You will
need to be registered in order to obtain a bidding paddle.
Identification
- You will be required to produce identification in the form of a passport
or residence card.

Available Funds
- If you are bidding for a property and are successful you will be required
to pay a €5000,00 reservation deposit on the day of the auction.
NOTICE: If you bid
at auction you are entering a legally binding contract, and will be bound
by the terms of the auction.
